Some themes support associating different product variants with different products. You can see an example of this feature in our demo by clicking here.
However, after you create Volume Discounts for these products in other apps, you’ll find that selecting a color in the bundle is no longer possible. Our uShopAid app currently supports this feature perfectly, as shown in the screenshot below.
Please follow the steps below to set up this feature.
First, you need to perform the following steps in uShopAid -> General Settings page.
Enable "Display Product Variants in bundle".
Enter the option name, such as
Color
, as shown in the red box in the screenshot.Enter the namespace and key of the Metafield you created in Shopify admin under Custom data to define the variant color, as shown in the screenshot.
Enter the namespace and key of the Metafield you created in Shopify admin under Custom data to define the variant name, as shown. If left blank, the value of the option value Metafield will be displayed directly.
Enter the namespace and key of the Metafield you created in Shopify admin under Custom data to define the associated product, as shown.
In Shopify admin → Settings → Metafields and Metaobjects, enable Storefront API access for the metafields mentioned above, as shown in the image below.
Now you can create a Volume Discount Bundle:
When selecting products to include in each bundle, please only choose different color variants of the same product series. For example, only various colors of the Tee should be included in the same bundle—do not add Pant products to a Tee bundle.
In the bundle, click the Editor Swatch button.
Select the Option name you set in General Settings from the Variant option dropdown. After that, choose the display style from the Type dropdown, and you're all set.
