When creating a Limited Bundle or Unlimited Bundle, you can choose "Use an Existing Product as a Bundle." This option offers the following benefits:
✅ Benefit 1: Preserve SEO and Existing URLs
The original product URL remains unchanged, so existing search engine rankings, bookmarks, and external links continue to work.
This helps maintain organic traffic and historical performance.
✅ Benefit 2: Reuse Images and Descriptions
You can keep the original product's images, titles, and descriptions—no need to re-upload or rewrite content.
✅ Benefit 3: Smooth Transition Without Affecting Store Structure
Ideal for turning a best-selling product into a bundle without disrupting your existing product layout or customer experience.
✅ Benefit 4: Easier Maintenance and Marketing
If you've already done marketing (ads, blog posts, social links, etc.) for this product, continuing to use it as a bundle ensures consistency and avoids rebranding efforts.
You can follow the steps below to create it.
Choose your preferred template, then select "Select existing bundle product" in the popup.
Select an existing product or variant — the bundle you are about to create will be attached to this product.
Set the bundle price, inventory sync rules, and the products included in the bundle.
Please note:If you are creating a limited bundle, the products included in the bundle will not be displayed on the product page. All bundled products will be added to the order when the customer checks out.
If you are creating an unlimited bundle, the app will insert a template on the product page, and the customer will need to select a product for each option before proceeding.
Click the Save button to complete the creation. Click the View in Shopify button to go to the Shopify admin and edit additional information for the bundle.
At this point, when the customer places an order for this product, they will be able to purchase the bundled products.
If you want to pause the bundle, simply click the deactivate button in the activity list. This will unbind the bundle from the product, and when the customer orders this product, they will be purchasing the product itself, not the bundled bundle.
