Create a fixed price bundle

Written by Yuan

Fixed Price Bundles allow customers to choose a specific number of products for one fixed price.

Examples:

  • Any 3 products for $99

  • Pick 5 items for $149

This type of bundle works especially well for:

  • Build-your-own gift boxes

  • Skincare sets

  • Snack bundles

  • Starter kits

  • Curated product collections

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to:

  • Create a Fixed Price Bundle

  • Add products or collections

  • Configure fixed bundle pricing

  • Optimize the Product card layout

  • Configure the Summary panel

Step 1 — Create a Fixed Price Bundle

Create a new bundle and select:

Fixed Price Bundle

Unlike traditional discounts, Fixed Price Bundles allow customers to build their own bundle while keeping pricing simple and predictable.

Examples:

  • Choose any 3 products for $99

  • Pick 5 items for $149

Step 2 — Add products to the bundle

Open:
Products & Layout

Then add a:
Product list component.

You can display products from:

  • Specific products

  • Specific collections

Step 3 — Configure the fixed bundle price

Open:
Discounts

Then configure:

  • Bundle size

  • Fixed bundle price

Examples:

  • 3 items → $99

  • 5 items → $149

Customers must complete the required bundle size before checkout.

Step 4 — Optimize the Product card layout

For Fixed Price Bundles, we recommend simplifying Product cards and focusing on product selection instead of individual product pricing.

Recommended Product card setup

We recommend displaying:

  • Product image

  • Product title

  • Variant picker

  • Add to bundle button

Hide individual product prices

For Fixed Price Bundles, we recommend removing the Price element from Product cards.

Since customers purchase the bundle for one fixed price, showing individual product prices can create unnecessary pricing confusion.

Instead, focus on:

  • Product discovery

  • Product selection

  • Bundle completion

This creates a cleaner and more conversion-focused bundle experience.

Step 5 — Configure the Summary panel

For Fixed Price Bundles, the Summary panel should reinforce the fixed-price shopping experience.

Show only the final bundle total

We recommend hiding:

  • Subtotal

  • Discount

and displaying only:

  • Total price

Example:

  • Total → ¥99

This keeps the pricing simple and prevents customers from comparing individual product prices inside the bundle.

Configure dynamic button states

Fixed Price Bundles include two important customer states:

  • Incomplete selection

  • Completed selection

We recommend configuring different button labels for each state.

Incomplete selection state

When customers have not added enough products to complete the bundle, use the button label to guide the next action.

Examples:

  • 1 item remaining

  • Add 2 more items

  • Select 3 items to continue

Completed selection state

Once the required bundle size is reached, switch the button to the final purchase action.

Examples:

  • Add to Cart

  • Checkout

  • Complete Bundle

Use dynamic text variables

Button labels support dynamic variables such as:

  • Remaining item count

  • Bundle total

Examples:

  • {{remaining}} items remaining

  • Add to Cart · {{total}}

This allows the Summary panel to update automatically as customers build their bundle.

Step 6 — Configure bundle display settings

Open:
Bundle Settings

Under:
Where to display the bundle?

select:

Create a product for this bundle

Why this matters

This setting ensures the bundle behaves like a true fixed-price bundle product.

When using:

  • Create a product for this bundle

the Summary panel total remains fixed at the configured Box price.

Examples:

  • 3 items → ¥99

  • 5 items → ¥149

The total price will not change based on the individual products added to the bundle.

Avoid dynamic pricing confusion

If you instead choose:

  • Create landing page for this bundle (no product)

the bundle total may change dynamically as customers add products to the bundle.

For Fixed Price Bundles, this can create pricing confusion because customers expect:

  • One fixed bundle price

  • Predictable checkout pricing

  • Clear bundle value

rather than a dynamically calculated subtotal.

Step 7 — Publish the bundle

Once your bundle is ready:

  1. Set the bundle status to Active

  2. Save the bundle

  3. Click View live

Your Fixed Price Bundle is now ready for customers.
