This means that if the customer has browsed these 3 pages in your store, the trigger will be triggered.

You can set it more complex as follows:

  • If the customer has visited page1, page2, and page3, the form will be displayed when the trigger is triggered.

  • If the customer has visited page4 and page5, the form will be displayed when the trigger is triggered.

  • If the customer has visited page1, page2, and page4, the form will not be displayed when the trigger is triggered.

If you set the trigger and filters as follows:

This means that if the customer visits your store and browses page1, page2, and page3, then the form will be displayed if he stays on any page for at least 10 seconds.
