What is checkbox
Checkbox is a commonly used to collect user information, as shown in the template below.
How to add it in form
Click on the Add elements on the left and drag the Checkbox element into the workspace. Drag the Checkbox element to any postion you want.
Enter the information you want to collect, such as "favorite colors".
Enter the options.
Add a button. After the consumer selects the checkbox, click the button to submit the checked information.
View the collected information by checkbox
You can click "View Analytics" button in the form campaign list to view the collected information.
In fact, when you enter "favorite colors" to collect information, uShopAid creates a Custom Property "favorite colors" for the Profiles, so you also can view the collected information in Profile page.
