How to display the Volume Discount on the homepage

You can display a Volume Discount offer on your Shopify homepage by adding it to a Featured product section.
This allows customers to view the quantity discount options and add the featured product to their cart directly from the homepage.

Before You Begin

Make sure that:

• You have created and activated a Volume Discount offer in uShopAid.
• The product you want to feature is included in the Volume Discount offer.
• Your Shopify theme supports app blocks inside the Featured product section.

Step 1: Open the Shopify Theme Editor

From your Shopify admin:

1. Go to Online Store > Themes.
2. Find the theme you want to edit.
3. Click Customize.

The Shopify theme editor will open.

Step 2: Open the Homepage Template

At the top of the theme editor, confirm that you are editing the Home page template.
If another template is open:

1. Click the template selector at the top of the editor.
2. Select Home page.

Step 3: Add a Featured Product Section

If your homepage already contains a Featured product section, click it and continue to the next step.
If it does not:

1. Click Add section in the left sidebar.
2. Search for Featured product.
3. Select the Featured product section.
4. Click Select product.
5. Choose the product that you want to display on the homepage.

The selected product must be included in your active Volume Discount offer.

Step 4: Add the Volume Discount App Block

Inside the Featured product section:

1. Move your cursor between two existing product blocks, such as Quantity selector and Buy buttons.
2. Click the + icon.
3. Select the Apps tab.
4. Search for uShopAid or Volume Discount.
5. Select Volume Discount — uShopAid - Easy Bundle Builder.

The Volume Discount block will now be added to the Featured product section.

Step 5: Adjust the Block Position

You can drag the Volume Discount block to change where it appears in the product information area.
We generally recommend placing it:

• Below the product price or variant picker; and
• Above the quantity selector or buy buttons.

This helps customers review the available quantity discounts before adding the product to their cart.

Step 6: Save Your Changes

Click Save in the upper-right corner of the Shopify theme editor.
Wait until Shopify confirms that the changes have been saved.

Step 7: Test the Volume Discount on Your Homepage

Open your storefront homepage and locate the Featured product section.
Check that:

1. The Volume Discount options appear correctly.
2. Selecting different quantities updates the applicable discount.
3. The product can be added to the cart.
4. The correct discount is applied in the cart or at checkout.
5. The layout works properly on both desktop and mobile devices.

If the Volume Discount Does Not Appear

Check the following:

• The Volume Discount offer is active.
• The Featured product is included in the offer.
• The offer’s start and end time are valid.
• The selected product or variant is available for sale.
• The Volume Discount app block has been added inside the Featured product section.
• You clicked Save after editing the theme.
• You are previewing the same theme that you edited.

You can also refresh the storefront page or open it in a private browsing window to check the latest version.
