Segment cousumers
You can use Segment's rich filter conditions to classify and manage consumers, and uShopAid is constantly supporting more filter conditions. For example, "Consumers who have placed orders at least 2 times in the past 1 year and have not placed an order in the past 3 months", "Consumers who have placed orders at least 5 times in the past 1 year and have not placed an order in the past 1 month", etc., you can create more than one segments.
Automated management
After a segment is created, consumers that meet the filtering conditions will be automatically added to the segment, and consumers that no longer meet the filtering conditions will be automatically removed from the segment. Consumers are dynamically added to or removed from Segments, you don't need to do these manually. For more information, please refer to the documentation on how to add or remove consumers.
Targeted marketing
The purpose of using Segment is not only to classify and manage the customers of your store, but more importantly, to carry out targeted marketing activities, such as for "consumers who have placed an order at least 3 times in the past 1 year and have not placed an order in the past 3 months. ", you may send an email introducing new products, recall these consumers to place order again, send an email with coupons to“consumers who have never placed an order in the store” to encourage them to place an order, etc. uShopAid provides Campaign and Flow functions, using Segment with Campaign and Flow, you can carry out effective email marketing activities.
