Overview

Your uShopAid account information mainly consists of two parts, one part is your personal information, and the other part is your store's contact information. After understanding the respective functions of these two pieces of information, it is very helpful for you to use uShopAid clearly. This article will explain this part of personal information.

Email

This is the login account you set up and uShopAid will contact you via this email. You can change your login account, click "Change Email" to start modifying your login account.

Before you start to modify, in order to ensure security, uShopAid will send a verification code to the current email address. You must enter the verification code correctly before modifying the login account.

Please enter another email address as your new login account. To ensure the email address you entered is valid, uShopAid will send a verification code to the new email address, please enter the verification code. Click "Update Email" to successfully modify your login account.

Password

This is your password to log in to uShopAid. You can change your login password, click "Change Password" to start changing your password.

Please enter a new password and click "Update Password" after confirming that it is correct. The password can be changed successfully.

After the password is changed successfully, uShopAid will immediately send an email to your email to notify you that the password has been changed. If you have any questions, please contact uShopAid customer service.

Name

This is your name, used within uShopAid and when uShopAid contacts you via email.

Two-factor authentication

The default login method of uShopAid is to enter the account number and password, but this is not the most secure login method. The safest way to log in is two-factor authentication. After entering the account number and password, uShopAid will send a verification code. You must enter the correct verification code to log in to uShopAid.

If you want to enable two-factor authentication, uShopAid will send a verification code to your email to keep you safe. You must enter the correct verification code to enable two-factor authentication.

First, you need to install a captcha generator on your phone. Google Authentication is recommended.

After the installation is complete, open the Google Authentication APP to scan the QR code, a verification code will be generated, enter the verification code, click "Verify", and the two-factor authentication will be successfully enabled.

After enabling two-factor authentication, Google Authentication will automatically generate a verification code every time you log in to uShopAid and enter your account password, and you can log in to uShopAid only after you enter the verification code.

After enabling two-factor authentication, you can disable it. After closing, you only need to enter your account number and password every time you log in to uShopAid.
