Overview
uShopAid supports four ways to add profiles, and this article explains these four ways.
Automatically sync store consumers
After you create an account in the uShopAid app and associate a store, the uShopAid app will automatically add the consumers in your store to the profiles list.
Create Singup Form
When you need more store visitors to become your email subscribers, accept your marketing emails, and convert them into consumers of your store, you can create a Signup Form. After consumers enter their email addresses, they become email subscribers of your store and will be automatically added to the profiles list.

Add manually
Click "Add Profiles" button in the profiles list and select "Add Single Contact".
Email address is required, others are optional.
If you checked "This contact has agreed to receive marketing emails", the email status will be subscribed, otherwise it will be non-subscribed. Please refer to the document Email Subscription Status for more information.
If the email address you enter already exists in the profiles list, uShopAid will not add a new contact, but will update the existing profile according to the information you entered.
Manual bulk import
Click "Add Profiles" in the Profiles list and select "File import".
Batch import supports xls, xlsx, csv file formats, enter the contact information you need to import in the file, each line represents a contact. Each column in the file must have a one-to-one correspondence with the contact attributes supported by profile, otherwise the information in this column will be discarded.
If "Imported contacts all agreed to receive marketing emails" is checked, the email status of all contacts imported this time will be Subscribed, otherwise it will be Non-subscribed. For more information, please refer to the document Email Subscription Status.
You can add tags to imported contacts for targeted management. uShopAid will automatically add a tag to indicate how and when it was imported, such as "imported from file on 19/07/22 12:07:30pm". For more information, please refer to the document manage contacts.
You can create a segment for imported contacts. For more information, please refer to the document Getting Started with Segments.
If the email address you import already exists in the Profile list, Profile will not add new contacts, but will update the existing contacts according to the information you entered.
If you export a large number of contacts, it may take a while. At this time, you can continue with other operations, and the import operation will be performed in the background. You can view the import results by following the steps below.
Click "add contact" in the profiles list, and click "Imports". As shown below.
This list shows all your import records, and you can view any import results.
