How to Automatically Display the Correct Mix & Match Bundle When Customers Switch Markets
If your Shopify store uses multiple markets and you have created a different Mix & Match Bundle for each market, you can use one shared Shopify product page to automatically display the correct Bundle based on the customer’s current market.
For example:
- The Australia market displays
Mix Match Bundle AUD - The Hong Kong SAR market displays
Mix Match Bundle HK
Customers do not need to visit different product pages. When they switch markets, uShopAid automatically detects the current Shopify Market and displays the matching Bundle.
This guide applies to multi-market Bundles created with the Mix & Match Bundle Editor.
How it works
The complete setup process is:
- Create a separate Mix & Match Bundle for each market
- Assign the correct market to each Bundle
- Create a dedicated Shopify product template
- Add all market-specific Bundles to the same template
- Create one shared Shopify product and assign the new template
- Let uShopAid automatically display the Bundle matching the customer’s current market
- Set the individual market-specific Bundle products to Unlisted
The automatic market-matching logic is built into uShopAid. You do not need to add custom Liquid, JavaScript, redirects, or visibility conditions.
Step 1: Create a Mix & Match Bundle for each market
First, create a separate Mix & Match Bundle for each market that uses independent pricing.
For example:
Mix Match Bundle AUDMix Match Bundle HK
[Insert image: Bundle list showing Mix Match Bundle AUD and Mix Match Bundle HK]

We recommend adding a market identifier to each internal Bundle name.
Examples:
Mix Match Bundle AUD
Mix Match Bundle HK
Mix Match Bundle US
Mix Match Bundle UK
The market-specific Bundles can use the same:
- Products
- Template
- Page layout
- Product card design
- Color theme
- Customer-facing content
However, each Bundle should have its own:
- Market
- Currency
- Bundle price
- Discount rules
- Product price adjustments
Step 2: Assign the correct market to each Bundle
Open each Bundle and go to:
Discounts → Markets
Select the Shopify Market that corresponds to the current Bundle.
For example:
Australia Bundle
Bundle: Mix Match Bundle AUD
Market: Australia
Hong Kong SAR Bundle
Bundle: Mix Match Bundle HK
Market: Hong Kong SAR
[Insert image: Markets dropdown showing All, Australia, and Hong Kong SAR]

[Insert image: Australia selected with AU$199 displayed under Box size & price]

This setting is important.
uShopAid uses the selected market to determine which Bundle should be displayed to the customer.
Step 3: Create a dedicated Shopify product template
Open the Shopify theme editor and create a new product template.
From the template selector, click:
Create template
Enter a clear internal template name.
Examples:
multi-market-bundleor:
mul-market-testUnder Based on, select the existing uShopAid Mix & Match product template, such as:
ushopaid-mix-matchThen click:
Create template
[Insert image: Create a template dialog showing the template name and Based on setting]

A dedicated template helps you:
- Keep the multi-market setup separate from normal product pages
- Add all market-specific Bundles in one place
- Avoid changing other product templates
- Maintain the setup more easily
Step 4: Add all market-specific Bundles to the product template
Open the product template you just created.
In the left template structure, click:
Add section
Then:
- Search for
ushopaid - Open the Apps tab
- Select Mix & Match Bundle
[Insert image: Add section → Apps → Mix & Match Bundle]

After adding the section, select the corresponding Bundle in the right-side settings panel.
For example, first select:
Mix Match Bundle AUD[Insert image: Selecting Mix Match Bundle AUD in the Product field]

Then repeat the same process:
- Click Add section again
- Add another Mix & Match Bundle section
- Select
Mix Match Bundle HK
The same product template should now contain two separate Mix & Match Bundle sections.
[Insert image: Product template containing two Mix & Match Bundle sections]

The number of sections should match the number of market-specific Bundles.
For example:
2 markets → 2 Mix & Match Bundle sections
3 markets → 3 Mix & Match Bundle sections
You may see multiple Bundle sections in the theme editor at the same time. This is expected. On the storefront, customers will only see the Bundle that matches their current market.
Step 5: Create one shared Shopify product
In Shopify admin, go to:
Products → Add product
Create a new Shopify product that will act as the shared storefront page for all market-specific Bundles.
For example:
Product title:
Mul-market test
Set the product status to:
Active
Then locate:
Theme template
Select the product template you created earlier.
For example:
mul-market-testSave the product.
[Insert image: Shopify product editor showing the product title and Theme template setting]

This Shopify product becomes the shared page that customers visit.
Example URL:
/products/mul-market-testThe Bundle pricing and discount logic remain inside the individual uShopAid Bundles. The shared Shopify product mainly provides one storefront page that contains all market-specific Bundle sections.
Step 6: Test automatic market switching
Open the shared product page on your storefront.
Use the store’s country or market selector to switch between Shopify Markets.
Test the Australia market
Switch to:
Australia | AUDConfirm that:
- The Australia Bundle is displayed
- Product prices use AUD
- The Bundle total is correct
- The Hong Kong SAR Bundle is hidden
Example:
Displayed Bundle:
Mix Match Bundle AUD
Bundle total:
AU$199
[Insert image: Australia market showing Australia | AUD and Total $199]

Test the Hong Kong SAR market
Switch to:
Hong Kong SAR | HKDConfirm that:
- The Hong Kong SAR Bundle is displayed
- Product prices use HKD
- The Bundle total is correct
- The Australia Bundle is hidden
Example:
Displayed Bundle:
Mix Match Bundle HK
Bundle total:
HK$1,299
[Insert image: Hong Kong SAR market showing HKD and Total $1,299]

How automatic switching works
When all market-specific Bundles are added to the same product template, uShopAid:
- Reads the customer’s current Shopify Market
- Checks the Mix & Match Bundle sections in the template
- Finds the Bundle assigned to the matching market
- Displays the matching Bundle
- Hides Bundles assigned to other markets
For example:
Current market: Australia
→ Display Mix Match Bundle AUD
→ Hide Mix Match Bundle HK
Current market: Hong Kong SAR
→ Display Mix Match Bundle HK
→ Hide Mix Match Bundle AUD
You do not need to configure:
- Liquid conditions
- JavaScript redirects
- Market visibility rules
- Separate market-specific page redirects
Step 7: Set the individual market-specific Bundle products to Unlisted
After confirming that the shared multi-market product page works correctly, open each individual market-specific Bundle product in Shopify admin.
Change the product status to:
Unlisted
For example:
- Mix Match Bundle AUD → Unlisted
- Mix Match Bundle HK → Unlisted
[Insert image: Individual market-specific Bundle product with Status set to Unlisted]

Why should the individual Bundle products be Unlisted?
Customers should enter the Bundle through the shared multi-market product page rather than directly opening one of the individual market-specific Bundle product pages.
If the individual Bundle products remain publicly listed, customers may:
- Open the Australia Bundle while browsing the Hong Kong SAR market
- Open the Hong Kong SAR Bundle while browsing the Australia market
- See the wrong currency
- See the wrong fixed price or discount
- Find the wrong Bundle page through Shopify search or collections
Setting these products to Unlisted reduces the risk of customers entering the wrong market-specific Bundle page.
The products can still be used by the Mix & Match Bundle app sections inside the shared product template.
Do not set the shared product page to Unlisted
Only the individual market-specific Bundle products should be set to Unlisted.
For example:
Mix Match Bundle AUD → Unlisted
Mix Match Bundle HK → Unlisted
The shared multi-market product should remain:
Mul-market test → ActiveThis allows customers to access the shared page through:
- Store navigation
- Homepage buttons
- Collections
- Advertisements
- Direct product links
Example final structure
Suppose your store has two markets: Australia and Hong Kong SAR.
Individual market-specific Bundles
Mix Match Bundle AUD
Market: Australia
Status: Unlisted
Mix Match Bundle HK
Market: Hong Kong SAR
Status: Unlisted
Shared Shopify product
Product: Mul-market test
Status: Active
Theme template: mul-market-test
Product template contents
Mix & Match Bundle section
→ Mix Match Bundle AUD
Mix & Match Bundle section
→ Mix Match Bundle HK
Storefront result
Australia market
→ Show AUD Bundle
Hong Kong SAR market
→ Show HK Bundle
Important notes
Each Bundle must use the correct Market
If both Bundles are assigned to All, uShopAid cannot distinguish which Bundle should be displayed for each market.
Make sure every market-specific Bundle is assigned to the correct Market.
All market-specific Bundles must be added to the same template
If a market-specific Bundle is missing from the product template, customers may not see a Bundle after switching to that market.
The shared Shopify product must use the correct template
If the shared product uses a different product template, the market-specific Bundle sections will not appear on the page.
Test every market separately
Before publishing, verify:
- Current market
- Current currency
- Product prices
- Bundle total
- Discount rules
- Product price adjustments
- Cart price
- Checkout price
- Other market Bundles are hidden
Frequently asked questions
Do customers need to visit a different page after switching markets?
No.
All market-specific Bundles can use the same shared Shopify product page. uShopAid automatically displays the Bundle matching the current Shopify Market.
Do I need to add custom market-detection code?
No.
The market detection and Bundle display logic are built into uShopAid.
Can multiple markets share one product page?
Yes.
That is the purpose of this setup: multiple markets use one Shopify product page, while the displayed Bundle changes according to the current market.
How many Bundle sections do I need for three markets?
You need three Mix & Match Bundle sections.
Each market requires:
- One market-specific Bundle
- One Mix & Match Bundle section in the shared template
Why is no Bundle displayed after switching markets?
Check that:
- A Bundle exists for the current market
- The Bundle has the correct Markets setting
- The Bundle was added to the product template
- The shared product uses the correct template
- The Bundle is available and active
- The theme changes were saved
Why should individual market-specific Bundle products be Unlisted?
This prevents customers from bypassing the shared product page and directly opening a Bundle intended for another market.
Do customers need to refresh the page after switching markets?
This may depend on how the Shopify theme handles market switching. After switching markets, confirm that the page has loaded the current Shopify Market and displays the matching Bundle.
Summary
To automatically display the correct Mix & Match Bundle when customers switch markets:
- Create one Mix & Match Bundle for each market
- Assign the correct Market to each Bundle
- Create a dedicated Shopify product template
- Add all market-specific Bundles to the same template
- Create one shared Shopify product
- Assign the new template to that product
- Test the automatic Bundle switching and pricing in every market
- Set the individual market-specific Bundle products to Unlisted
After setup, customers only need to visit one shared product page. When they switch Shopify Markets, uShopAid automatically displays the Mix & Match Bundle assigned to the current market.
