How to Create a Fixed-Price Bundle with Premium Product Surcharges
uShopAid allows you to create a bundle with:
- A fixed number of products customers must choose
- A fixed base price for the completed bundle
- Additional charges for selected premium products
For example:
Choose any 3 products for $199.
If the customer selects one premium product with a +$1 price adjustment, the final bundle total will be $11.

The easiest way to create this type of bundle is to use the dedicated fixed-price premium product template.
Step 1: Choose the recommended template
When creating a new bundle, go to:
Mix & Match Bundle → Single box

Find the template named:
Fixed-price bundles with premium products

Then click Select.
This template is already prepared for fixed bundle pricing and product-level price adjustments.
Step 2: Add products to the bundle
After selecting the template, it will open in the uShopAid editor.
Click:
Select products

Choose the products customers will be able to add to the bundle.
You can also choose Select collections if you want the product list to use products from one or more Shopify collections.
Although the template preview uses jewelry products, you can replace them with any products from your store.
Step 3: Open the Discounts settings
In the left-hand toolbar, click:
Discounts

Open the Box size & price section.
This is where you configure the required number of products and the fixed bundle price.
Step 4: Set the bundle size
In the Size field, enter the number of products customers must choose.
For example:
Size: 3
Customers will need to add five products before the bundle is complete.
Step 5: Set the fixed bundle price
Enter the base bundle price in the Price field.
For example:
Price: $199
This means that a completed bundle containing three standard products will cost $199.
The Compare-at price field is optional. You can use it to display the original or reference price if needed.
Step 6: Open Product price adjustments
Under the bundle price settings, expand:
Product price adjustments

Then click:
Set price adjustments
This feature allows you to charge an additional amount when customers select specific premium products.
Step 7: Select premium products
In the Product price adjustments window, click:
Select product
Choose the products that should have an additional charge.
Only products that require extra pricing need to be added here. Standard products can remain without a price adjustment.
Step 8: Set the additional price
Enter the surcharge for each selected premium product.
For example:
- Premium Product A: +$1
- Premium Product B: +$3
Click Confirm after setting the amounts.
The configured premium products and their price adjustments will then appear in the Discounts panel.

Step 9: Review the premium product labels
Products with a price adjustment will display a premium label in the bundle editor.
For example:
Premium +$1.00
or:
Premium +$3.00
This allows customers to see the additional charge before adding the product to their bundle.
Step 10: Save and test the bundle
Click Save, then preview the bundle on your storefront.
Test the following:
- Customers must select the correct number of products.
- The fixed bundle price is displayed correctly.
- Standard products do not increase the base price.
- Premium products add the correct surcharge.
- Removing a premium product removes its surcharge.
- Multiple premium surcharges are added together.
- The final total updates correctly.
Can I use another template?
Yes.
You can create the same pricing model using another Single box or Multi box template.
However, the dedicated fixed-price premium product template is the easiest option because its layout and pricing display are already prepared for this scenario.
When using another template, you may need to configure the product list, bundle price, premium labels, and other display elements manually in the editor.
