How to Display an Existing Mix & Match Bundle Anywhere in Your Shopify Store

When you create a Mix & Match Bundle using Create a product for this bundle – it will appear on the product page, the Bundle is already displayed on its own Shopify product page.
You normally do not need to add it again.
This guide explains how to display an existing Mix & Match Bundle in another location in your Shopify store, such as:

  • Your homepage
  • Another product page
  • A collection page
  • A Shopify page
  • A custom template
  • A compatible third-party page builder

There are two ways to add an existing Bundle:

  1. Add the Mix & Match Bundle app section
  2. Add the Bundle embed code through Custom Liquid

Method 1: Add the Mix & Match Bundle App Section

Use this method when the location supports adding the uShopAid Mix & Match Bundle app section.
For example, you may be able to add it to:

  • The homepage
  • Product templates
  • Collection templates
  • Page templates
  • Other supported theme templates

Requirement

The Bundle must have been created using:
Create a product for this bundle – it will appear on the product page
This option creates a corresponding Shopify product for the Bundle.
The app section uses that Shopify product to identify which Bundle should be displayed.
If the Bundle was created using:
Create landing page for this bundle (no product)
it cannot be selected through the Product selector. Use the embed code method instead.

Step 1: Open the Theme Editor

In Shopify admin, go to:
Online Store → Themes
Find the theme you want to edit, then click:
Customize
Open the page or template where you want to display the Bundle.

Step 2: Add the Mix & Match Bundle Section

At the required position, click:
Add section
Search for:
uShopAid
Open the Apps tab, then select:
Mix & Match Bundle

The section will be added to the selected page or template.
You can drag it to the exact position where you want the Bundle to appear.

Step 3: Select the Bundle Product

Click the newly added Mix & Match Bundle section.
In the settings panel on the right, find:
Product
Click Select, then search for and select the Shopify product created for the Bundle.

The selected product tells the app section which Mix & Match Bundle to display.

Leave App ID Blank

You do not need to enter anything in the App ID field.
Leave it blank.
Correct setup

Product:
Bundle product selected

App ID:
Blank

Incorrect setup

Product:
Not selected

App ID:
Bundle name entered manually

Entering the Bundle name in the App ID field does not connect the section to the Bundle.
Always select the Bundle through the Product field.

Step 4: Save and Check the Storefront

Click:
Save
Open or refresh the storefront page.
The selected Mix & Match Bundle should now appear in the position where the app section was added.

Method 2: Add the Bundle Using Embed Code

The embed code method works with every Mix & Match Bundle, regardless of how the Bundle was created.
It supports Bundles created using either:

  • Create a product for this bundle – it will appear on the product page
  • Create landing page for this bundle (no product)

You can use this method anywhere that supports Custom Liquid or custom code.

Step 1: Get the Bundle Code

Open the Mix & Match Bundle in uShopAid.
Go to:
Bundle Settings → Advanced
Click:
Get code
Copy the generated code.

At the position where you want the Bundle to appear, click:
Add section
Select:
Custom Liquid

field.

Which Method Should You Use?

Use the Mix & Match Bundle app section when:

  • The Bundle has a corresponding Shopify product
  • The target location supports the Mix & Match Bundle app section
  • You want to select the Bundle without copying code

Setup:

Add section
→ Mix & Match Bundle
→ Select the Bundle product
→ Leave App ID blank
→ Save

Use the embed code when:

  • The Bundle does not have a corresponding Shopify product
  • The target location does not support the Mix & Match Bundle app section
  • You want to use a Custom Liquid section
  • You are using a compatible third-party page builder
  • You need more control over where the Bundle appears

Setup:

Bundle Settings
→ Advanced
→ Get code
→ Add Custom Liquid
→ Paste the code
→ Save

Method Compatibility

Bundle created as a Shopify product

  • Mix & Match Bundle section with Product selector: Supported
  • Embed code with Custom Liquid: Supported

Bundle created as a landing page without a product

  • Mix & Match Bundle section with Product selector: Not supported
  • Embed code with Custom Liquid: Supported

The embed code method is available for every Mix & Match Bundle.

Important: This Is Not Required for the Bundle’s Own Product Page

When a Bundle is created using:
Create a product for this bundle – it will appear on the product page
uShopAid already displays the Bundle on its own Shopify product page.
You do not normally need to add the Bundle again using the methods in this guide.
For the Bundle’s own product page, you may only need to create and assign a dedicated product template. This allows you to control how the Bundle appears alongside other Shopify product information.
