Overview

After you send emails to consumers in batches, some consumers may not open your emails. You can try to send emails to these consumers who have not opened emails again, which can effectively increase the open rate of emails. Campaign supports Follow-up email to help you achieve this purpose, when you use Follow-up email, you need to have a comprehensive understanding of it.

Recipient

Follow-up emails are only sent to consumers who did not open the first email, not to all recipients.

Follow-up emails are sent only once.

Content of email

You need to set a different email header for the Follow-up email than the first email, and the other content is exactly the same as the first email. It is a very simple thing to use the Follow-up email.

Send time

You need to set the time after the first email is sent before sending the Follow-up email. It is recommended to set it to 48 hours.

Data report

You have enabled Follow-up email. After the first email is sent, the Campaign activity list will automatically display a Follow-up email activity.

After the follow-up email is sent, click the view report button to view the statistics of the activity effect.
