Overview

This article explains what Profiles are, what data Profiles contain, and how to manage Profiles within the uShopAid app.

What is Profile

Profiles store a list of consumers in your store, but not just consumers. In addition to basic information such as consumers' email addresses, names, and addresses, profile also includes complete operation data such as consumers' orders in stores and visit records, helping you to analyze consumers more effectively.

uShopAid uses email as the unique identifier of Profile, that is, an email can only have one record in uShopAid Profiles list.

How to add a Profile

After you purchase the uShopAid app, uShopAid adds a Profile in the following ways:

1) Automatically synchronize the consumers of your store to the Profiles list.

2) You can create a Signup Form event within the uShopAid app to collect new email subscribers.

3) You can import consumers from other platforms to the Profiles list.

Profile Metrics

In profile details page, you can see the Metrics area. Metrics support Revenue, Place Order, etc. You can choose to display the specified Metrics, which support statistics for the last 30 days and all time.

Contact

The Contact area contains basic information such as the consumer's name, address, time zone, and tags, which you can edit.

Email constent status

Each profile's email is unique.

Email constent status contains three values: Subscribed, Non-subscribed, Unsubscribed.

If the constant status is Subscribed, the display is as follows.

If the constant status is Non-subscribed, the display is as follows.

If the constant status is Unsubscribed, the display is as follows.

Activity

The Activity area contains all the activity data of consumers in your store according to the timeline, including visiting your store, placing an order, canceling an order, browsing products, receiving emails, opening emails, marking spam and so on.

Delete Profile

Deleting a Profile means that the contact and all the data of the contact will be permanently deleted from the uShopAid app, so please be careful when deleting the contact.

Export Profile

You can export all consumer data in the uShopAid app, including consumer basic information, all order information, and more.

Update Profile

Metrics and Activity information are automatically updated by uShopAid. For example, after consumers place an order, Metrics will automatically update the order data.

You can edit Contact information.

Profile Tabs

The Profiles list has 4 Tabs: All Profiles, Email Subscribers, Email Non-subscribers, Email Unsubscribers.

All Profiles: include all consumers in your store.

Email Subscribers: include consumers whose email status is Subscribed in the store.

Email Non-subscribers: include consumers whose email status is Non-subscribed in the store.

Email Unsubscribed: include consumers whose email status is Unsubscribed in the store. Email unsubscribers are free of charge. For more information, please refer to uShopAid's charging rules.
