Where Can I View and Manage Customer Subscriptions Created Through uShopAid?
uShopAid supports subscription plans for the following three features:
- Mix & Match Bundle
- Volume Discount
- Classic Bundle
You can offer subscription purchase options within these Bundles or promotions. Depending on your settings, customers may also be able to choose between a one-time purchase and a subscription.
After a customer completes a subscription purchase, you can view the generated order in Shopify. However, the subscription contract, recurring payments, delivery schedule, and future renewals must be managed in the subscription app you use.
What Does uShopAid Manage?
uShopAid is responsible for the Bundle or promotional purchasing experience, including:
- Creating and displaying the Bundle or Volume Discount
- Allowing customers to select Bundle products
- Displaying one-time and subscription purchase options
- Using subscription plans provided by your subscription app
- Adding the selected products and purchase option to the cart
What Does the Subscription App Manage?
Your subscription app is responsible for:
- Making products eligible for subscriptions
- Creating and providing subscription plans
- Creating customer subscription contracts
- Managing recurring payments
- Managing delivery schedules
- Generating future renewal orders
- Pausing, resuming, editing, or canceling subscriptions
- Handling failed payments and payment retries
Which uShopAid Features Support Subscription Plans?
Mix & Match Bundle
A Mix & Match Bundle can display subscription options through the Subscription widget.
In the Mix & Match Bundle editor, you can:
- Select your subscription app
- Fetch available subscription plans
- Offer a one-time purchase option
- Offer a subscription purchase option
- Customize the subscription widget’s appearance and text
After customers finish selecting products for their Bundle, they can choose whether to make a one-time purchase or subscribe.

The Subscription widget lets customers choose between a one-time purchase and an available subscription plan.
Volume Discount
A Volume Discount promotion can display subscription options by enabling Subscription in the editor.
You can configure:
- The subscription widget layout
- The widget position
- Whether the subscription option is selected by default
- One-time purchase and subscription text
- Subscription discount messaging

Classic Bundle
A Classic Bundle supports the following subscription settings:
- Allow the customers to choose the subscription plan for the bundle
- Enable one time purchase
When subscription purchasing is enabled, customers can choose from the available subscription plans. If one-time purchasing is also enabled, they can choose between One-Time Purchase and Subscribe and Save.

Classic Bundle customers can choose an available subscription plan or make a one-time purchase.
Does Product Bundle Support Subscription Plans?
No. Product Bundle does not currently support subscription plans.
Subscription plans are only supported by:
- Mix & Match Bundle
- Volume Discount
- Classic Bundle
Where Can I View a Customer’s Subscription?
After a customer completes a subscription purchase, open the subscription app you currently use to view and manage the subscription.
For example, you may be using:
- Shopify Subscriptions
- Appstle Subscriptions
- Seal Subscriptions
- Recharge
- Another Shopify subscription app
The exact page name varies between apps, but it is commonly labeled:
- Subscriptions
- Subscription contracts
- Customers
What Can I Manage in the Subscription App?
Available features depend on your subscription app, but you can typically:
- View subscribed customers
- View the products or Bundles in a subscription
- Check the subscription status
- View the next billing date
- View the next delivery date
- Change the billing or delivery frequency
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Pause or resume a subscription
- Cancel a subscription
- Handle failed payments
- View future renewal orders
Can I Manage the Subscription From Shopify Orders?
The Orders page in Shopify displays subscription orders that have already been generated, including:
- The customer’s initial order
- Future renewal orders generated by the subscription app
You can use the Orders page to process an existing order, such as fulfilling, refunding, or canceling it.
However, if you need to pause the subscription, change its delivery frequency, update the next billing date, or stop future renewals, you usually need to open the subscription app.
Can I Manage Customer Subscriptions in uShopAid?
No.
uShopAid allows Mix & Match Bundle, Volume Discount, and Classic Bundle to use subscription plans. It does not manage the subscription contracts, recurring payments, or future deliveries created after purchase.
These must be managed in the corresponding subscription app.
Where Can Customers Manage Their Subscriptions?
This depends on the subscription app you use.
Many subscription apps provide a customer subscription management page or customer portal. After signing in, customers may be able to:
- View their active subscriptions
- Change a delivery date or frequency
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Update their payment method
- Pause a subscription
- Cancel a subscription
The available customer actions must be configured in your subscription app.
Why Is the Subscription Option Not Showing?
If you enabled subscription purchasing in uShopAid but the option does not appear on your storefront, check the following:
- Confirm that you are using Mix & Match Bundle, Volume Discount, or Classic Bundle.
- Make sure the relevant products are eligible for subscription in your subscription app.
- Make sure an active subscription plan has been created for those products.
- Confirm that uShopAid successfully retrieved or recognized the subscription plans.
- Make sure the relevant subscription setting is enabled and saved in uShopAid.
- Confirm that the products and plans meet the requirements of your subscription app.
What Information Should I Provide When Requesting Help?
If the subscription option is missing or you cannot find a customer’s subscription, please provide:
- The name of your subscription app
- The uShopAid feature you are using
- The Bundle or Volume Discount name
- The Shopify order number, if applicable
- A screenshot of the subscription settings in uShopAid
- A screenshot of the subscription plan in your subscription app
- A screenshot showing the storefront result
This information will help us check whether the subscription plan has been correctly applied.
