Why does the bundle redirect to the cart page instead of opening the cart drawer?

If your store normally uses a cart drawer, but adding a uShopAid bundle redirects customers to the cart page or does not open the drawer, this is usually a theme compatibility issue.

uShopAid needs to work with your Shopify theme’s cart drawer system. We already support many popular Shopify themes, but some themes—especially customized themes—may require additional compatibility work.

How can I fix it?

Please send us the URL of the bundle page where the issue occurs.

Our development team will check how the bundle interacts with your store’s cart drawer and adapt uShopAid to your Shopify theme.
Once the compatibility work is completed, the cart drawer should open correctly after the bundle is added.
